The Office Extended Studies offers important courses, programs, MOOCs and various professional and continuing education for thousands of students. Learning + Planning

We collaborated closely with the university’s stakeholders exploring the offices academic programs, campus culture, and key initiatives to ensure that the site reflected the institution’s values and delivered an outstanding user experience for a variety of audiences.

Design Exploration

The discovery process involved mapping out the website’s structure, identifying key functionalities, and prototypes. We paid meticulous attention to user flows, ensuring that visitors can easily navigate through departments, programs, and courses.

Design + Development

We used responsive layouts and employed an intuitive navigation to create a platform that not only showcased the university’s brand but also provided an optimal browsing experience across different devices. To facilitate efficient content management, we integrated a powerful and user-friendly content management system. This allowed the university staff to easily update and manage the website’s content, keeping it fresh and relevant at all times when course offerings, staff, and other items changed.
